Notes

1) Parking is limited at the venue and we generally carpool in 3-4 per vehicle where practical.  Meet at the departure location no later than 4:00 PM if carpooling.  Passengers and vehicles will be determined at that time.  Parking is available at the departure location for the duration of the Encounter.

2) Please advise if you have special dietary needs as they can often be accommodated;  you may need to bring your own dietary-appropriate snacks, however.

3) Swim sandals or shoes are also recommended for showering and for use in Lake Tahoe.

4) We strongly encourage you bring your phone only as a means of being reached in an emergency and for taking photographs – not for entertainment, keeping up with work, checking email, etc.  We all get enough screen time as it is and we’ll all survive for 42 hours without it.
